Ray has had a lengthy career spanning over thirty years in strategic planning and implementation of policies and initiatives to shape global financial and organizational structures. Based on his experience in global policy circles among international leaders on matters pertaining to economic development efforts and political arrangements in the Middle East, North Africa, the Balkans, and Eastern Europe. Ray leads and develops the strategic and international partnerships, Synergy leverages to delivery on its differentiated services.

Prior to joining Synergy Africa, Ray’s experience spanned thirty years including a decade in New York financial sector specializing in auditing and financial accounting. He has been responsible for the financial oversight and reporting of assets with a value of over two billion US dollars and led numerous complex negotiations, as a member of the Policy and Plans Directorate at United States Central Command, mostly in relation to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and then later at the United Nations.

Ray is a graduate of the Stern School of Business at New York University
