Abdulmuttalib (Talib) Hashim is a UAE national serial entrepreneur and Human Capital expert, that specializes in the GCC labor market, Emiratization, youth employment and senior staff recruitment. Talib is the co-founder of TBH Consultancy, a business advisory firm that advises both “People and Businesses to Grow Successful in the UAE”, and a newly launched youth empowerment initiative ‘The UAEtopia Talent Mine’ (www.uae- topia.com) which aims to help develop ‘High Impact Talent’ for the future job markets.

Previously, Talib was the Managing Director and co-founder of Dubai based Recruitment consultancy, Next Level which specialized in the recruitment of nationals. Next Level was instrumental in advising senior managers to establish effective ways to recruit, develop and retain talent and building a strong employer brand though employee engagement.

Talib continues to play an active role in several of the GCC’s government advisory committee and is a regular speaker on topics that pertains to the UAE economic development and human capital management. He is an avid blogger at www.talibbinhashim.com and a regular columnist on SME Advisor magazine, MBC Times and Gulf News. He is currently working on his first book.
